About this policy

This Privacy Policy describes how m365cloudpro.com (the "Site"), operated by 4TH AND BAILEY LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit the Site or purchase Microsoft 365 and related cloud licenses through it.

m365cloudpro.com is a self-service cloud licensing storefront. It is not a general consumer website. The Site is intended for use by business organizations purchasing cloud software licenses for their operations.

Information we collect

Information you provide directly

When you make a purchase or request a consultation through the Site, we collect:

• Your name and the name of your organization
• Your business email address
• Billing address
• Payment information — processed directly by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number. See Stripe below.
• The Microsoft 365 plan, seat count, and commitment type you select
• Microsoft tenant ID — collected after provisioning to link your license to your organization

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain technical information, including:

• IP address and approximate geographic location
• Browser type and version
• Pages viewed and time spent on pages
• Referring website or search term
• Device type and operating system

This information is collected through Google Analytics 4 and standard web server logs. It is used to understand how visitors use the Site and to improve it.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Process your Microsoft 365 license order and provision licenses through Microsoft Partner Center
• Create and manage your support ticket in FreshDesk for order tracking and onboarding
• Send you order confirmation, provisioning status updates, and onboarding communications
• Schedule and conduct your onboarding call
• Respond to consultation requests and inquiries
• Detect and prevent fraudulent transactions
• Analyze Site usage to improve performance and content
• Comply with applicable laws and Microsoft CSP program requirements

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information for behavioral advertising or share it with advertising networks.

Third-party service providers

We share your information with the following third-party service providers solely to operate the Site and fulfill your order. Each provider is bound by their own privacy policies and data processing terms.

Stripe — payment processing

All payment transactions are processed by Stripe, Inc. When you complete a purchase, your payment information is transmitted directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection. We do not receive or store your full credit card number. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.

FreshDesk — order management and support

When you place an order, we create a support ticket in FreshDesk containing your order details (plan, seat count, organization name, and Stripe transaction reference). This ticket is used to track provisioning status, schedule your onboarding call, and manage ongoing support. FreshDesk's privacy policy is available at freshworks.com/privacy.

Microsoft — license provisioning

As an authorized Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider, we provision your Microsoft 365 licenses through Microsoft Partner Center. This requires us to share your organization name, domain, and contact information with Microsoft as required by the CSP program. Microsoft's privacy policy is available at privacy.microsoft.com.

Google Analytics 4 — site analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the Site. Google Analytics collects anonymous usage data including pages visited, session duration, and traffic source. IP addresses are anonymized. You can opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Google's privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.

Data retention

We retain your order information for as long as necessary to fulfill your license subscription, comply with our obligations under the Microsoft CSP program, and meet applicable legal and tax record-keeping requirements. When you cancel your subscription or request deletion of your information, we will delete or anonymize your personal data except where retention is required by law.

Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information. All data transmitted between your browser and the Site is encrypted using TLS. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe and is PCI-DSS compliant. We do not store payment card data.

No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of the personal information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at inquiries@m365cloudpro.com.

If you are located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you may have additional rights under the GDPR or UK GDPR. We process personal information on the lawful basis of contract performance (fulfilling your license order) and legitimate interests (improving the Site and preventing fraud).

Cookies

The Site uses cookies for analytics (Google Analytics 4) and to support Stripe's fraud detection. We do not use advertising cookies or sell data to advertising networks. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; doing so may affect the functionality of the checkout process.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
